  • Load Speed: By caching certain interface elements locally on your browser, we reduce the "lag" between your clicks and our infrastructure.
  • Telemetry (Anonymous): We monitor high-level traffic patterns to see which features are most used, allowing our engineers to prioritize the upgrades that matter to your business.

3. No "Noise" Policy

NovaCloud is a professional business environment, not an ad-network.

  • No Third-Party Ad Tracking: We do not sell your browsing habits or allow third-party advertisers to plant "tracking pixels" on our dashboard.
  • Zero Junk: We only capture the data necessary to provide 99.99% uptime and a world-class user interface.

4. Your Control (POPIA Compliance)

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have total authority over your data.

  • Manage Settings: You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings, though this may impact the performance and "ease of use" of certain dashboard features.
